Descriptions of The Faraidsys Project

Faraidsys is a wealth records management service, helping individual to manage debts, assets and wills secretly. We tend to keep some secret over assets and liabilities from our relatives for reasons:

1) It is risky or harmful for us, or them to know while we are still alive.

2) If the secret falls into the wrong hand would become a threat to us and/or our family members.

Commonly, the information is not well documented. Detailed information such as account numbers, due date of payments, account balances, location of assets, contact persons, are among issues only known to our self because these are considered very sensitive information. The situation would become really difficult when we die without properly disclosing those information to our family members. Certainly, they will take a long time to harvest back all the details.

Faraidsys offers a solution to this problem. The system allows us to declare sensitive information. Upon our death, the system allows the trustees we appointed to unlock the records and view the sensitive information. If we are still alive, any attempts to unlock and read the sensitive information, we will be notified and we may deny access of the secret information to the trustee. In the event of a breach of trust, we have the option to revoke the privilege given to the trustees.

If a decease is a Muslim, his assets will be finalized and suggested faraid distribution to the decease’s beneficiaries will be sent to the trustee(s). For a non-Muslim, the features of the system is available but without the faraid calculation service.
