This application helps preventing eye strain when working long hours. It will remind you to take regular breaks and do relaxation exercises to let your eyes rest.

You can choose duration of work and rest intervals with time span controls. Option buttons allow you to select which period to start. The countdown timer can be started or stopped with a toggle button.

When a period expires you will receive a message notification followed by a sound. You can whether start another period or stop the timer.

If you exit the application when the timer is started the application will automatically create a reminder which will notify you when the current period expires. The accuracy of the reminder is within a range of one minute. Tap the reminder text to navigate to the application timer page and start another period automatically. Alternatively if you dismiss the reminder you will not be notified anymore. You will need to start the application again in order to receive further notifications.

If you phone is locked you will receive the period expiration reminder over the lock screen. The current design of reminders in Windows Phone does not allow navigation to the application when the phone is locked. You will need to dismiss the reminder, unlock the phone and start the application again.

The application remembers the last timer settings. You can reset the settings with "reset" button.
