This is a Text-To-Speech (TTS) engine that wraps around any standard TTS engine for adding extra settings such as : Delay before, pitch rate factor, and excluded characters.
This TTS engine can be used with AudioBT to improve the TTS output from the Google Navigation application.
-Set a 1 or 2 seconds delay to avoid audio cutting at the beginning of the speech.
-Exclude some characters, such as the dash character so that it is not spelled in street names.
