Task management process includes task creation, status management, messaging and filling in task-specific signable forms. Users can receive notifications, view travel destination on map, launch navigation, view customer-specific information, view attached files and add photos to task completion report. If needed, user can engage location tracking for real-time location reporting and precise mileage calculation. Location tracking can be switched on or off by user at any time.
