She indeed allows, within the framework of a practice accompanied (teachers or trainers) to estimate her Maximal Strength from a situation realized with sub-maximal loads to establish an appropriate working shape, answering precise objectives.The user specifies his PROJECT of body-building (well-being, esthetic or sports), his level of practice (novice, confirmed, expert), then the results of the proposed test (mass and repetitions). The application indicates him its Maximal Strength and proposes him then a shape of work and the adapted sessions. Information and explanations mark out the application.Always in a project to the acquisition of a " habit health ", a second page allows to calculate his Body mass index (IMC) and its Ideal Weight. A comment and dietary advice or health corresponding to your particular case are shown to direct better your lifestyle or your physical practice.
