EM Athlete (“EM Athlete”) is the first mobile app that offers Strength & Conditioning coaches the flexibility to create their own strength & conditioning, training, and wellness programs and push those programs to an athlete’s iPhone or iPad.Each athlete receives their program, a week at a time, with suggestions for exercises or other activities from their coach. The athlete then records their actual workout or activity data in EM Athlete and syncs the data up to the coach’s account for analysis.EM Athlete was designed for Strength & Conditioning coaches who work in college, high school and independent athletic organizations (academies) who focus on developing the entire athlete.
