- SET_WALLPAPER: For setting image as system wallpaper.

- READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: For accessing the downloaded wallpaper from SD-card.

- WRITE_SETTINGS: For setting a ringtone as default ringtone.

- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: To start services after boot of phone.
