The person that you want to locate does not need to have the application.

All you need to do is put the number of the person your looking for and it it will send them an anonymous message with 3 options;

“Someone is looking for you, will you like to let them know where you are?”

1) Yes, I accept.

2) No, I decline.

3) Find out who is looking for me.

4) Download this app and start tracking someone as well.

If they Accept you will receive there location.

If they decline, You may try again to find the location of the person, or look for someone else.

If they ask who is looking for them you will receive a message if your willing to accept or stay anonymous.
