It wasn't until 1989, when Dino Stavrikikis, with the support of his family, opened a restaurant at the corner of California and Fillmore in San Francisco's famous Pacific Heights neighborhood, that pizza patrons had a restaurant to call home. Dino figured that if you combined some of Greece's authentic recipes with the finest meats, fresh cheeses, ripe vegetables and flavorful spices that Dino's pizza, appetizers, salads and dinners would become a neighborhood must.
