E-dictation-forwarding channel allows direct, instant electronic transmission to the PC-workplace for transcription;

E-dictations-return channel allows immediate viewing of the written document and, if necessary, correction by voice annotation;

Dragon for DictaNet speech recognition enables speech recognition on a PC-workstation with the author's speech profile -- which is constantly improved by the corrections made during transcription.

Formats:

Unencrypted in universal wav format, SD or HD quality;

Encrypted communication using the free DictaNet 1 Player or the DictaNet WF Player (subscription fees apply).

Channels:

Free Google e-mail channel;

RA-MICRO De-Sync channel (subscription in the RA-MICRO Online customer account, charges apply) with WLAN or De-Sync server located in Germany.

The DictaNet app can also send unencrypted voice-clips to arbitrary email addresses as an e-mail attachment and thus is the ideal organizational resource for the manager to communicate with staff and assistants.
