This application uses your age, weight, height, gender, activity level and current weight loss/gain trend to calculate the calories you are consuming daily. Once this is calculated, you can choose your weight loss/gain goal and determine how many calories you should be consuming daily. This calculation is based on the Basal Metabolic Rate calculation (BMR). This information provides you with a starting point to reach your goals. Once you know how many calories you should be consuming daily, you can adjust your consumption accordingly. Achieve your weight loss goals with this free tool.
