This app is like having downtown Jacksonville in your pocket! We use iBeacons to make every day static surroundings interactive and exciting! This app shows current and upcoming events and helps you locate your new favorite hot spot on our booming downtown streets. With the app, you're able to explore all of the restaurants, bars & pubs, historic locations, educational experiences, our beautiful parks, and see what’s happening in all your favorite venues.We will also integrate the One Spark event info allowing you to keep track of schedules, events, and sessions! While walking around downtown your phone will alert you when you have entered a location that is broadcasting a beacon signal. Once your phone alerts you, you can simply swipe on the home screen to be presented with all the information of the location. Restaurants for example display pictures, menus, reviews, ratings, hours, discount coupons, and reservations. Bars and pubs can display their latest on-tap collection or happy hour specials.
