CoreFit Kinetics believes in the philosophy of integration of our clients´ fitness lifestyle into the client’s well-being as a whole. Our programs are highly specialised and designed to condition and stabilize the intrinsic muscular system of the body while clients are participating in our training and striving to their fitness goals.

We also aim to inculcate bodily awareness thereby facilitating efficient functional movement on a daily basis. Clients will be taught through a learning and experiential process, depending on skill maturity level, using precise biomechanical techniques.
