Contact Cleaner Simulator allows you to search for inconsistencies in your Contacts list.

Contact Cleaner Simulator is a simple app that helps you find inconsistencies within your contacts list. For instance, you entered some contacts with "USA" as a country, and others with "United States", or "United States of America".

Your data is read-only and can't be updated by the app. The Store will report that the app requires "data services" but that's incorrect: the app uses the Contact information, which contains an Address field, which can be used by other apps for mapping and location services, thus the Data services. However, Contact Cleaner DOES NOT use data services whatsoever.

Usage: you start to search for a value, whether it's a perfect match or it's part of a string. You can also select if the search should be case-sensitive or not, or if the searched value should **not** be part of the results.

You launch the search, and you see the results. For instance, you can search for strings that contain "united states" and the results might include:

- United States

- United states

- United States of America

You can then simulate a replacement. The app has only read access to your data, so your contacts information is safe. You can review the outcome, you can copy it to the clipboard (for copy/paste purposes) or you can also email it to yourself.
