Confusion: Dementia and Delirium. A bedside guide.The Confusion app provides guidance in assessing and managing confused patients. Patients with cognitive impairment have higher mortality, length of stay and more complications. The app gives a framework for their assessment including a formulary to guide doctors in reviewing patients’ medications.
