This application is suited not only for CCTV lighting but also for stage and general lighting.
Using the tools the user can perform the following calculations:
1: Angle Calculation
Using the distance to the subject (target) and the width of the subject (horizontal FOV) the angle of the
illuminator required is calculated.
2: Horizontal FOV (feild of view) Calculation
Using the distance to the subject (target) and the angle of the illuminator the FOV is calculated
3: Power Calculation
If the power of an illuminator is know at a given distance, the power for a new distance is calculated.
These tools will not only work for visible light but also invisible such as Infrared.
