To make the most of it you have to:
1) Set the amount of time until the break (Work time)
2) Set the amount of time you are willing to spend relaxing (Break time)
3) You can optionaly enable sound for these reminders and choose notification sound
Now you will receive two reminders: first will suggest you take a break and second will tell when to get back to work.
