The doctor you’re connected to doesn’t have a maximum visit length, and is paid the same flat fee no matter whether you’re healthy or sick, and so is only interested in using their training and intelligence to solve your problem. You will pay $100 to use at the time and place you choose. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.ER PHYSICIANS ARE A BETTER CHOICEWe will connect you to a currently practicing ER doctor, licensed to treat you in this way in your state. ER physicians are specifically trained to quickly diagnose and treat anything that walks into the ER, and so are ready to help you solve your problem. These are the doctors you trust when you have a problem large enough that you have to go to the ER, but that you know could also treat your cough or sore throat. They’re used to seeing severe illness, trauma victims, heart attacks and kids with colds, and they’re very good at differentiating and treating every type of problem with respect. The biggest difference between what our physicians do when they’re working in the ER and when they’re working through Bond, is that our doctors are only treating you when they’re treating you. This is the better experience that it’s okay to demand.Does it need stitches? Should I go to the Urgent Care? To the ER? When you need a doctor to help solve an ear infection, strep, bug bite, a twisted ankle or to answer that nagging question, we’re ready. When you know you have bronchitis again and need a Z-pak, when you’re not sure if you need to ice or apply heat, when you need advice on which corticosteroid to use or when you’re not sure if it needs stitches, we’re ready. Our doctors can prescribe whatever they need to get you better. Our doctors collect a flat fee, regardless of whether you are sick or healthy, to keep everyone on the same team – yours.THIS IS REAL MEDICAL CAREThe doctor you are connected with will, when they believe it is medically appropriate, prescribe medication electronically to your pharmacy of choice. However, there are some medications that none of these physicians will prescribe in this setting, because it’s not safe and it’s not in your best interest. These include controlled substances, narcotics, muscle relaxants, medications that require monitoring during use, or medicines that need to be administered by a medical professional.
