This theme gives the user interface an ELECTRIC BLUE "KitKat" look and feel.
Compatible with devices running CyanogenMod 10.2 and CM11 builds.
NOTE: Battery Icon will not change on CM11 based ROMs. This is due to the color being hard coded in systemUI.apk.

Installation Instructions:
*Install from Play Store and then go to Settings - Themes to activate this theme. Don't worry if you get a warning that there are assets missing for your screen size.
*Reboot after activating the theme!
