Bahakine Man is a live radio program based on love, emotions and literature. It has been produced by Community Radio Madi FM 107.6 MHz, Basantapur Madi Chitwan and presented by Mahabir Bishwakarma. The program is transmitted throughout Nepal by nearly 100 local FM stations using the satellite network of Community Information Network (CIN) and also carried out by several online radio stations, websites and blogs worldwide. It's aired live on 09:15 to 10:00 PM and re-broadcasted by the producer station by same time on Thursday, every week.
Bahakine Man radio program is hugely popular among youth and teens. The presenter elaborates about various aspects of love at beginning with special musical breaks. He then presents opinion of a celebrity about love situations and reads out six selected Muktaks (a kind of four line poetry) sent by the listeners worldwide. Finally, phone line is opened for callers, who can deliver their 'muktak' and get answered instantly on same way by the presenter, something everyone feels amazing.
