Coach Lee demonstrates on some badminton training to improve fitness for badminton and some useful tips. Some exercises to improve badminton fitness like net play training, finger power training, abs and core training, weight training with your partner. Also give some tips on how to catch a shuttlecock in the air with your racket and how to pick up a shuttlecock from floor using your racket.
Meet Your Coach:
Lee Jae Bok was former National Korean Badminton Champion in singles, doubles and mixed doubles. He then became Korean National coach, before taking the position of British National Coach before the Barcelona Olympic Games in 1992. After time back in Korea at Seoul University, Lee returned as English national coach in 2005 - 2007 and currently coaching in Toronto, Canada.
