This app calculates your Body Mass Index and also your Waist to Height ratio. Just add the necessary information and a graph is shown to indicate your health.
If you want you can also set a reminder to weigh yourself.
Deze applicatie berekend niet alleen je BMI maar ook de index van je middel i.c.m. je gewicht. Een bodybuilder kan namelijk een hogere BMI hebben dan een gezet persoon. Na het invullen van de benodigde gegevens zal een grafiek het resultaat tonen. Je kunt ook nog een alarm zetten voor een herinnering om jezelf te wegen.
