BM TRADA's Q-Mark Job Registration app is offered free to members of our Q- Mark schemes. It allows maintainers to easily register fire door installations, fire stopping installations or fire door maintenance activities on the job.Users can create registrations while offline, mark them as complete and then 'mail' them via their web account when they gain internet access. This will generate an email certificate and send it to the building's primary contact, confirming that the registration has been performed in line with the scheme.Users that are part of the fire door maintenance scheme can download reports from their web account to their device, update reports on their web account from their device, carry out door set surveys on individual doors and obtain agreement from the responsible person in a number of ways. The app requires users to have a BM TRADA Job Registration web account. An account can be granted to members of the appropriate BM TRADA Q-Mark scheme for free.-------------- Features --------------Login∙ Before using the app, you are required to log in with the credentials assigned to you for your web account.∙ Once logged in, registrations can be created without internet access.Sites ∙ Sites represent buildings within which the installations or activities are recorded.∙ Create new sites in the app or download existing sites from your web account. Fire Door Installations∙ Create fire door installation reports.∙ Add up to 10 doors to a report.∙ Take a photo of each door.∙ Mark the report as complete and mail it out to the registration's primary contact when internet access becomes available.Fire Stopping Installation∙ Create fire stopping installation reports.∙ Add up to 10 seal components to a report.∙ Take 'before' and 'after' photos of the installation.∙ Mark the report as complete and mail it out to the registration's primary contact when internet access becomes available.Fire Door Maintenance∙ Create fire door maintenance reports offline or download existing reports from your web account.∙ Update the incomplete records on your web account at any time.∙ Add up to 10 doors to a report.∙ Take a photo of each door.∙ Record a door set survey for each door.∙ Designate that the required maintenance and ART is complete for each door and then mark the whole report as complete. It can then be mailed out to the primary contact when internet access becomes available.∙ Obtain agreement from the responsible person via email (requires internet connection).∙ Obtain an agreement signature from the responsible person directly on your device (requires internet connection).
