BBK PASS is a dual factor authentication software used in conjunction with the Customer ID and ePIN as a second level of authentication for added security. BBK PASS ensures stronger security information measures through the issuance of a temporary one-time password (OTP) for each Internet Banking account login and/or transaction signing through a mobile device or SMS notification where applicable.
