This app will allow agent to do this quickly from their Iphone and export to PDF. Remarks can be added quickly by typing or by using “speech to text” function. The exported form includes all of the legal language required to limit legal liability and also has the ability to incorporate photos as well as the feature to sign the form directly from the portable device. This will allow agents to perform the inspection quickly and accurately without being encumbered by carrying around a clipboard and handwriting to a printed form.
