Imagine you have super-secret password and you want to split it into X parts. Aurum allows you to encrypt your password into predefined number of secret pieces, that you can distribute either as a text, or write them to NFC tags to create password recovery NFC tokens!
For recovering the secret you need to enter all pieces of secret in Aurum. It's fast and easy.
In Aurum you can split your passwords up to 12 pieces. Additionally, you can also split your secret in a way that for recovering the secret only a subset of all pieces is required.
There is lot of scenarios, where Shared Secrets could be used - splitting passwords into family members, strategic outdoor games, Geocaching, you name it.
