Example Use:
Just enter your age, height(inches) and weight (lbs.) to get started! Then select you gender as well as your estimated lifestyle. Most people fall between Sedentary and Lightly Active. Sports and exercise fanatics will usually fall between Moderately and Very Active where as professional athletes and bodybuilders will fall to the extreme category. By default we have preset a 10% caloric reduction to give you an estimated target caloric intake for reference. Please adjust the calorie reduction to best suit your weight-loss mentality. Exceeding more than 30% is NOT recommended. Finally press the calculate button at the bottom to populate the data.
