This app lets you download apps from the play market without google play services or android market installed. This can be handy if you don't have google play services installed, or if you want to download an app that is not available on your device or in your country. It adds a button to the share menu in your browser when you are on an app page on the play store (see pictures).
This app is completely open source so you can scrutinise the code and build it yourself if you are worried about giving it permissions or entering your password.
