NOTE: For a bug in Windows Phone 8, background tasks (such as the lock screen changer), only works if there is an internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) even if they don't use it to work (like this app!).

But don't worry, as said before, no data will be consumed from this app.

Unfortunately there is nothing I can do, we have to wait until a OS update.

Update: In WP 8.1 there is no more this bug.
