AbilisPhone is a telephony application created to convert the smartphone intoa headeset linked to the corporate's switchboard implemented in Abilis, anall-in-one device that provides advanced CTI and IP technology.It may automatically choose the most convenient way to call:- VoIP (under WiFi or data network coverage)- GSM postselection- GSM Call-Back requested via data connection or via SMS- MessagingThe VoIP service is not used in case of bad link quality or too long delay inthe connection with Abilis. The AbilisPhone can call and be called as a normal extension of the firm'sPBX, moreover it can record the ongoing call (if in the path of the abilis)and send the recording to one's mailbox.
