I. Summary Features:

1. Users are able to setup their own tasks with associated units.

2. A 3-level drill down list allows users to browse all task data easily.

3. Total values of tasks performed is plotted with a line chart to assist users ananlyzing their performance.

4. All data can be exported/retrieved from the database thru email with an attached file, which is a data delimited file and can be imported to any spreadsheet software.

5. Data in the database can be deleted manually with a specified date range.

Menu Instruction

Step 1. Setup Parameters/Delete data

1. Users first create desired tasks and units respectively.

2. Users bind tasks and units together.

Step 2. Enter a Task

Users enter a task with selected date and then enter a value. The unit associated with the task is populated automatically. A remark field is also available for additional description as a memo.

Step 3. View Task Data Summary (A drill-down style list.)

1st level: users view the total values of each tasks performed. Click on the next (->) button on a desired task to navigate to the next level.

2nd level:

This is to view all performed data for the selected task in the Step 1 under the selected date ranges. Click on the next (->) button on a performed task to the next level.

3rd level:

This level shows the detail task entries. Users can also make any modifications on this page.

Step 4: View Task Chart

The chart is used to list tasks and date performed.

Step 5: View Summary Report and eMail

A report is generated based on the selected date range. It gives the total values of tasks performed. The report can be emailed to any one with an attached file including the detail data of each performed task.

Notes:

i.The default selected date range is one month.

ii. Users can delete data after the data is emailed out in order to reduce memory usage.

iii. Three tasks are preset. You can add/modify/delete as you need. The default tasks are
