AUPEO!® Personal Radio

The AUPEO! App and AUPEO! Personal Radio Service are provided by Aupeo GmbH (“Aupeo”) based in Berlin, Germany.

AUPEO! Personal Radio provides you with music and other audio content which reflects your tastes and interests on your smartphone, connected devices and in select vehicles (extra fee applies).

Simply download the AUPEO! App and accept the End User License Terms, register and accept the AUPEO! Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and start your free trial today (terms and conditions apply).

The free trial offers an advertizing-free experience with many of the features available to AUPEO! Premium (paying) subscribers, including limited “skips” to the next song. You can personalize your experience by selecting a genre and by using our unique Mood Tuner and "Love" and "Ban" buttons. This is how Aupeo learns to play the music and other content that you prefer and helps you discover new artists. In order to provide you with personalized content, Aupeo will analyze your use of the AUPEO! service and your location (if you activated the geolocation feature on your mobile device). You will find more information about collection and use of your personal data in the AUPEO! Privacy Policy.

Once your free trial expires, your service will convert to an advertizing-supported AUPEO! free service with more limited features unless and until you choose to subscribe to the AUPEO! Premium Service for a monthly fee.

Certain add-on AUPEO! features are offered as in-App purchases. For example, using AUPEO! in vehicles requires a one-time in-App purchase to enable AUPEO! to be connected to certain vehicles and controlled directly from the vehicle. Aupeo has partnered with certain car and equipment manufacturers to provide integration of the AUPEO! Service with select vehicles, including certain vehicles from BMW, Mini, Ford, Volkswagen and ŠKODA as well as car entertainment systems such as JVC Kenwood and Pioneer. NOTE: The Driver of the vehicle must agree to allow use of AUPEO! connected through the vehicle.

With AUPEO! you can:

• Listen to music and other audio content on-the-go

• Get started with Artist, Genre or 200+ curated stations

• Create your own Personal Radio Experience

• Connect to AUPEO! in select vehicles (requires in-App purchase)

• Mix in your own music for personalization and to preserve quality and reduce data bandwidth needs (requires in-App purchase)

• Use the Sleep Timer function if you like to fall asleep to music (non-vehicle devices only)

In addition, Aupeo utilizes your location to offer personalized content such as local weather and traffic conditions, and for the purposes of location-based and personalized advertising if you are not a Free Trial or paid Premium AUPEO! subscriber.

The AUPEO! service is only available to persons aged 18 and older (aged 13 and older for residents of the United States).

Tip: When you create an AUPEO! user account, you can log-in and use AUPEO! from any device to which you downloaded the AUPEO! App and hear your AUPEO! Personal Radio Service on each device.
