To apply theme in ADW,
(menu button>more>ADWSettings>Themes Preferences>select theme)
To apply icon pack to Launcher Pro (Plus) you must do the following (menu button>preferences>theme settings>icon pack>ADWTheme Carbon Glass)
To apply icon pack in Nova Launcher do the following:
(click and hold icon on homescreen>edit>click icon>ADW Icon Pack)
