4castr (pronounced "forecaster) is the most advanced weather application on Windows Phone. 4castr takes a fresh approach by offering custom icons, weather alert toast notifications with title announcement, and dozens of custom live tiles.

Unlike most weather apps, 4castr organizes the weather data into panels instead of pages. This reduces clutter and gives a natural experience. You can navigate between these panels by swiping up, down, left, and right. For example, if you're viewing Saturday's forecast, you can simply swipe right to left to view Sunday's forecast. When you open 4castr for the first time, you'll be prompted with a quick tutorial that shows you the basics and how to get started.

4castr also integrates with TellMe and Cortana. You can ask whether you'll need an umbrella, what the forecast is for a certain day, or whether it will snow tomorrow. All of these voice commands provide very fast responses thanks to periodic weather data downloads in the background.

4castr is free, however if you'd like to take advantage of many awesome features, you can pay to upgrade to Pro. Pro unlocks the following:
