Log your 21 Day Fit exercise program with this simple app. Simple drag and drop the colored containers from the Allocated section to the appropriate meal. Its visually easy to tell how many containers are left for the day. You can even make a note of what you ate for that meal.

There is even a workout section to log the exercise of the day.
A Yellow Check will mark the days when you have started a Meal Plan. This will allow you to see which days you have not needed to use up all the containers. If you use up all the containers for the day, it will change to a Green Check.
Included is a way to log the specific 3 Day Fit program.
There is also a Maintenance section for those finished with the exercises and only want to log the colored meal plan.
To get started just enter your weight in the Stats section to calculate the number of containers for the day.
