Next, we are not the developers of the psb4ukr.org website, we just consume the API provided by the website. However, we did check the privacy policy of the website to make sure it complies with the Google Play Developer Program Policies. According to the policy available at https://psb4ukr.org/pidstavi-diyalnosti-centru/, the site acts in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data"; Article 7, paragraph 2 thereof allows collection of information if the information "Concerns the data that were disclosed by the personal data subject" or "Concerns accusations in crimes". To summarize, all information that appears on the site was acquired from open sources and/or was provided in social networks by personal data subjects.

Third, the action on taking down this application from Google Play was a planned action; this can be confirmed if you visit this page: http://vott.ru/entry/337872. The page provides information on how to write a complaint against this application and asks people to do that. Since this information is disseminated exclusively among the separatists and supporters of the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics (which are not recognized by the world community, and, moreover, are considered terrorist organizations in Ukraine), we do consider this an attack and ask you to take this into account while reviewing this case.
